Partner enquiries
When you submit the partner enquiry form, we receive your company name, full name, phone number and email address, together with the selected country and the page from which you sent the enquiry. We use these details to respond and discuss a potential directory listing. Submitting an enquiry does not publish your details or subscribe you to marketing.
We handle business enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence and discussing cooperation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where you ask to enter into a contract on your own behalf, processing necessary for those steps is based on Article 6(1)(b). Providing the form details is voluntary, but the required fields are needed to submit the form. You may contact us by email instead. Please do not send patient information or other sensitive health data.
Service providers and technical data
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and handles email delivery. Enquiries are delivered to the operator's Gmail inbox, provided by Google. These providers process the information needed to deliver their services. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends Google technical information such as your IP address and browser request details.
Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request details and security events to operate the site, prevent abuse and enforce submission limits. We use this information for the legitimate interests of keeping the service available and secure. The application does not save form submissions in a website database or intentionally include form contents in application logs.
Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Applicable safeguards depend on the provider and service, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. You can request more information about the providers and transfer safeguards by contacting us.
How long we keep information
Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to answer the enquiry and manage any resulting cooperation. Relevant correspondence may be retained longer where needed to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims, for the applicable retention or limitation period. Technical records are retained according to the service providers' security and logging settings.
Cookies and browser storage
The application does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use advertising pixels. The framework browser uses session storage named fdasm-tree-view to remember the navigation view you select in the current browser tab. This preference does not contain your contact details and normally ends when the tab's session ends. The form does not require an application login or a tracking cookie.
Cloudflare may use cookies needed for security or challenge verification, depending on the protection applied to a request. These are used to protect the service rather than for advertising. See Cloudflare's cookie information for their purposes and durations.
You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Blocking functional or security storage may affect navigation preferences or security checks. If optional tracking technologies are introduced, this information and the relevant consent controls will be updated before those technologies are activated.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing or data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact Publicity@fdasm.com to make a request. Where applicable, you may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority competent for your place of residence. FDASM does not use enquiry data for solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
